Stepping Down

I'm sure the title pretty much sums up what this post is about, so I'll try not to drag it out more than neccessary.

 

PinoE drakes are legit customs, I think the st lunatics and shawty lo had customs on too. Big boi, Jim Jones and Soulja boi are confirmed fakes. Jim Jones however didn't know his were until Blog evidence even though no jordan is identical

You guys are f*cking awesome, seriously. I love the priceless banter we have on TeamSpeak (including Shuff1ez spamming somewhat tasteless images followed by everyone's horrified reactions, Remo constantly raging on Battlefield 3, and Phzyx doing what he does best; teaching people... all the things), I highly enjoy playing our competitive games, or simply trolling the "n00bs" on public servers. All of this - as you can imagine - can easily consume several hours of an evening very quickly, and as much as I would love my life to be fun and games, I do need to occasionally knuckle down and focus on the things that matter, which include (in no particular order):

  • family
  • music projects
  • my significant other
  • photography shoots
  • web projects
  • work commitments
  • and more...

One of those occasions for pulling my finger out is now. Heck, this site is a web project in itself, but sadly it's not something that can become super-amazing overnight, it requires long-term dedication and ultimately a sh*tload of work, hence why it hasn't progressed considerably in the past few months. I want nothing more than this project - along with many others - to be successful (as I'm sure most of you do), but in order for that to happen I need to free up and utilise a hell of a lot more of my spare time.

So, getting back to the title of the post; I am indeed stepping down for the foreseeable future while I focus on the points stated above. Hopefully I will eventually be able to efficiently manage my evenings to make room for gaming again, but for now I really need to concentrate on more important matters. I don't want to feel like I'm the only one holding everything together here - we're a great community and it's all thanks to you guys that form it, make it fun, and make it yours. With that, I'm sure you'll all be very much active without me around (or the whips and chains will be coming out). :P

Finally, I want to assure you all that absolutely nothing will be happening with regard to our communication/game/web servers. I don't want you to think that I'm cutting ties with everything and/or taking them down. As always, donations are always appreciated as they help breathe life into the technology we use on a day-to-day basis.
